Refund and Returns Policy
1. Final Sale Policy
Due to hygiene and safety reasons, all sales are final.
2. No Refund Conditions
Refunds will not be provided for:
- Change of mind
- Personal preference (scent, texture, feel)
- Allergic reactions due to individual sensitivity
- Returned or failed deliveries caused by customer error
3. Damaged or Incorrect Items
Customers must notify Allvegan within 48 hours of receiving the parcel with:
- Order number
- Clear photo and unboxing video evidence
Approved cases may receive a replacement or store credit at Allvegan’s discretion.
4. Unclaimed or Returned Parcels
Returned parcels will not be refunded. Re-shipping requires additional payment.
