Shipping Policy
1. Shipping Coverage
Currently available within Malaysia only.
2. Order Processing Time
Orders are processed within 1–3 working days, excluding weekends and public holidays. Processing may take longer during promotions or peak periods.
3. Estimated Delivery Time
- West Malaysia: 2–5 working days
- East Malaysia: 4–7 working days
Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to courier operations.
4. Shipping Fees
Shipping fees are calculated at checkout unless otherwise stated.
5. Failed Delivery & Returned Parcels
If a parcel is returned due to:
- Incorrect or incomplete address
- Customer unavailable during delivery
- Failure to respond to courier communication
- Refusal to accept the parcel
The customer is responsible for the
re-shipping fee. No refund will be provided.
Re-shipment will only be arranged after full payment of the additional shipping fee.
6. Address Changes
Address changes must be requested before dispatch. Changes are not allowed once the parcel has been shipped.
7. Courier Responsibility
Once the parcel is handed to the courier, delivery responsibility lies with the courier. Allvegan will assist with tracking but cannot guarantee delivery outcomes.
